We fold only the ends inward, and upon receiving the product, simply place in sunlight or apply direct heat to allow the plastic to naturally expand back to its original shape. Please note that this part does not include hardware, providing you with the flexibility to leverage existing components during installation. Any unpainted or chrome part will be shipped out the same day if ordered before 12pm EST Monday-Friday. Any painted part will have a normal handling time of 2-7 business days before it will physically ship from our facility. We do not ship any orders throughout the weekend, or on federal holidays.
