General Questions
Are these OEM parts?
All of our parts are top of the line OEM comparable aftermarket replacement parts. OEM parts are obtained directly through a dealership and are very expensive to source. As a more economical option, we specialize in aftermarket body panels. Our parts are insurance quality, aftermarket replacements. These are the same quality parts a traditional body shop would use to fix your vehicle if you were to go directly to them
Is the hardware needed for installation included in my order?
There is no hardware included with the purchase on any of our plastic bumpers or fenders. Please look closely at the photos included on our bumper assemblies to see what installation hardware will come with the bumper. What you see pictured, is what you will expect to be included in the package. If you need installation hardware, we suggest using a local small parts automotive store near you to source those pieces. Some of our tailgates are sold as complete assemblies and will come ready to install on your truck with the hardware in place. Some of our tailgates are sold as just the metal shell and will require you to transfer your hardware over in order to make it a working assembly. Please be sure to reference the details and photos on each listing to ensure you are aware of what option you are purchasing.

Our Painting Process
What kind of paint do you use?
We use one of the worlds leading OEM automotive coatings on everything that we paint.
What is the painting process?
The paint job is of the highest quality; we follow OEM specifications for painting. We paint all our parts in our new state-of-the-art paint booth which greatly enhances our efficiency overall. We apply 3 coats of base color and then they are coated with 2 coats of clear coat, before it goes into the baking tunnel. The parts then pass through our quality control inspection before they are shipped out of our facilities.
Why do you put powder on the part before you ship it out?
The powder on the bumper is corn starch and we use that to protect the fresh paint on the part from getting friction scratches in transit. Please use a soft dry cloth or pure water to remove the majority of the powder. Then you can use a damp soft cloth to remove the remaining powder.
How long should I wait to power wash/wax my car?
Please do not do any type of pressure washing or waxing on this part for at least 30 days. The paint will still be fairly soft and does need that amount of time to fully cure.
Where can I find my paint code?
The most common place to find your paint code is on a sticker inside your drivers door jamb OR inside your glovebox compartment. If you cannot locate that, you can always call your local dealership with your VIN number and they will be able to decode it and provide your paint code for you. Or you may view our own guide HERE
Shipping & Turnaround Time
What shipping company do you use?
We use multiple shipping carriers including FedEx, R&L Carriers, and USPS. We will choose the best carrier for your order, depending on the product and the shipping class chosen.
How can you ship a bumper folded?
Folding a bumper will not change the integrity of the bumper itself. In fact, folding a bumper is becoming common practice for all online vendors. Our company only folds the ends of the bumper inward, this makes the package smaller and more cost friendly to ship. Plastic is very pliable so once a folded bumper is received, you just need to set it outside to allow the plastic to expand back to its normal shape.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, there is no expediting option for our products. It does take 3-7 full business days to properly prep, paint, fully dry and allow that part to pass through quality control before shipping out to you.
How can I track my order?
Once orders are shipped you are provided a tracking number that you can copy & paste into Google and track your package directly on the shipping carriers website.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Any primered (unpainted) or chrome part will be shipped out the same day if ordered before 12pm EST Monday-Friday. Any painted part will have a normal handling time of 2-7 business days before it will physically ship from our facility. We do NOT ship any orders throughout the weekend, or on Federal holidays.
